Badminton England

1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation (see Section 5).

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain without prior written permission from the event organiser.

2. Admission

A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Digital or printed tickets are accepted.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder for safety, security, or operational reasons.

Late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable break in play before being admitted.

3. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, participating teams, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any significant changes will be communicated via the official event website and/or email.

4. Children

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding adult.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be offered if the new date is not suitable.

No refunds will be issued for partial cancellations or changes to the match schedule.

6. Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with venue rules, including health and safety regulations.

The use of professional photography, video recording, or broadcasting equipment is prohibited without prior approval.

The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
