
British Taekwondo International Open 2026 - Weekend Pass
About the event The British Taekwondo International Open will take place on 25-26 April 2026 at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester, hosted by British Taekwondo in partnership with Manchester Active and GB Taekwondo.
Featuring athletes from across the world competing in Olympic and Paralympic divisions to earn world ranking points which will set them on the path towards qualification for LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Athletes aged under 18 will compete in the Junior & Cadets age groups across eight different weight categories for important European ranking points.
Event schedule (this schedule is provisional and subject to change) Saturday 25 April - Senior and Para G1 Divisions 0745 - Doors Open to public 0900 - Competition starts 1230 - Lunch interval (30 minutes) Sunday 26 April - Junior and Cadet E1 Divisions 0745 - Doors Open to public 0900 - Competition starts 1230 - Lunch interval (30 minutes)
Getting there The National Cycling has excellent links to Manchester city centre for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as a direct connection on the Metrolink tram network. Parking around the National Cycling Centre can be limited during large events so alternative methods of transport are strongly recommended. Ticket information Concession is anyone aged 15 and below, or 65 and above. Includes people with a disability.
Children aged 4 and below do not require a ticket if they do not require their own seat.
Companion passes will be available on the door and do not require pre-booking, these are intended for people to support spectators or athletes with disabilities. There is no charge for a companion pass.
